The goal of DBT is simple: To build a life worth living! The team at North Texas DBT Associates will stand beside you as you not only determine what that means to you, but also identify the roadblocks that are standing in your way of achieving it. We will then support you every step of the way as you overcome each of those obstacles, one by one, and build a life that you will experience as being truly worth living!
We offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families; we treat both adolescents and adults. While Comprehensive DBT is known as the gold-standard treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder, it is also highly effective in treating treatment-resistant depression and anxiety, suicidal ideation and suicide behaviors, nonsuicidal self-injury, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, disordered eating, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder and severe emotion dysregulation.
The staff at North Texas DBT Associates is dedicated to ensuring that you receive evidence-based treatment with fidelity to the DBT model designed and researched by Dr. Marsha Linehan. All our providers receive initial and ongoing treatment through Behavioral Tech, the DBT training organization founded by Dr. Linehan.
